At a time, his hit single ‘Kontrol’ was the toast of lovers of Nigerian music, however, W4 suddenly went off the radar.

Speaking on his hiatus from the music industry, the protege of Icon Fela, told Hip TV that he took a break to enable him exhaust the contract duration with his record label.

“I was trying to elapse a bit of time for a particular contract and i am now working with a more corporate management”, he said.

The singer then revealed that he is floating his own record label.

“I am also putting up my own record label which would be called Wagba Inc. and I would be releasing my sophomore album under the label”

His sophomore album, according to him, will feature collaborations with members of the defunct Plantashun boiz.
