Governor Babatunde Fashola today hosted the winners and organizers of The Future Africa Awards 2014 this afternoon in Lagos.
Adebola Williams, Red Media Africa co-founder and co-convener of the prestigious The Future Africa Awards; Singer, Waje, Osas Ighodalo, Iyanya, were part of the delegation that met with the first citizen of Lagos state.
“We just left the government house, the things we learnt were profound. Knowledge is power because only then can we understand governance and know what to demand and what to preach #beingayouth is a trend but what you do with it is #leadership,” Waje wrote on Instagram.
The Future Africa Awards (#TFAA2014), celebrates noteworthy achievers and inspires young leaders across the continent of Africa.
The 9th edition of the awards took place last night at the Intercontinental Hotel, VI, Lagos.
