Is Melvyn Wilson the luckiest man in America?
The retired postal worker has become the envy of his friends yet again by winning his fourth mega-cash lottery payout in less than 10 years.
That brings the Woodbridge, Va., resident’s total winnings to more than $2 million.
Wilson first struck it lucky in 2004 when he won $25,000 on a scratch card.
In 2005, he picked up two scratch card jackpots of $1 million and $500,000.
And, last week, he collected another $500,000 in the Virginia Lottery’s Millionaire Mania scratch-off game.
“I’m just in the right place at the right time,” Wilson, who retired in 2007, told WUSA9.
