The nominations process has now commenced for the third annual instalment of the REAL ESTATE UNITE AWARDS ceremonies. The upcoming Summit to be held October 2nd – 3rd 2014, at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos, will see 12 leaders in the sectors presented with awards in the categories identified for their contributions to the real estate industry. The awards are presented by 3INVEST LTD, the continent’s largest online and information platform for the real estate sector.
Nominations are received via 3invest.com, while the rigorous selection and judging process will be led by the highly respected MCO Real Estate alongside the prestigious Real Estate Unite Board over a one month period.
Categories for nominations are:
• Best Residential Project
• Best Commercial Project
• Leading Property Finance Company
• Construction Company of the Year
• Developer of the Year
• Design Company of the Year
• Housing Development of the Year
• Best Real Estate Support Service
• Future Project Awards
• Real Estate Person of the Year
• Outstanding Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project
• 2014 State of Honour
Past winners include UPDC, Palms Shopping Mall, Lakowe Lakes, Skye Bank, Eko Atlantic and Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran as Real Estate Person of the Year. The race is now on for who will occupy centre stage at this year’s awards ceremony.
