The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the names of the 15 governorship candidates in Lagos state.

The names of the aspirants running mates were also released by the electoral body.

 

1. National Conscience Party: Mr Ayodele Akele and Dr. Akinlade Babafemi

2. Progressives Peoples’ Alliance: Mrs Pauline Adegbe and Mr Olamide Oguntoyinbo

3. Action Alliance: Mr Aregbesola Ishola and Mrs Omolola Olorunnishola

4. Allied Congress Party of Nigeria: Mr Godwin Mayor and Mr Ugochukwu Ekwebelem

5. All Progressives Congress: Mr Akinwunmi Ambode and Mrs Aderanti Adebule

6. Peoples Democratic Party: Mr Olujimi Agbaje and Mrs Safirat Abdukareem

7. Kowa Party: Mr Victor Adeniji and Mrs Funmilayo Davidson

8. New Nigeroa People’s Party: Mr Olatunde Olusesan and Mrs Abiodun Shuaib

9. Advanced Congress of Democrats: Mr Ademola Razaq and Mr Folawiyo Adebayo

10. Mega Progressives Peoples Party: Mr Kayode Jacobs and Mr Akeem Suberu

11. United Progressive Party: Mr Festus Igbinoba and Mr Kanu Urji

12. Independent Democrats:  No candidate name displayed but Mrs Omoshola Lawal is running mate

13. People Democratic Movement (PDM): Mr Akin Badmus is candidate but no running mate displayed

14. All Progressives Grand Alliance: Edwin Izuchukwu as running mate

15. Labour Party: Mr Olurotimi Olulana as the governorship candidate
