Five members of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) were reportedly killed when Boko Haram insurgents attacked oil workers searching for oil in the Lake Chad Basin.
The insurgents on Tuesday attacked a team of oil explorers who were on a trip to the Lake Chad Basin at Jibi village in Borno State.
