Lagos State Police Commissioner, Fatai Owoseni has confirmed the arrest of Lagos club owner, Pretty Mike for leashing girls and leading them around like puppies.
In a chat with LIB, Owoseni said investigations are still going on, stating that it will be treated as a criminal case.
He said Pretty Mike has also met the Attorney-General of the State and Chief Justice.
