Diplomat and broadcaster, Femi Segun died yesterday at Saint Nicholas Hospital in Lagos.
Segun died from his injuries after getting involved in a powerbike accident on Admiralty Way, Lekki about a week ago.
Segun who was Yeni Kuti’s ex-husband was said to have rammed his bike into a stationary vehicle on top speed sustaining serious injuries.
Sources say Yeni Kuti is presently downcast at the news of Femi Segun’s death, she confirmed his death to reporters and expressed her shock.
She also confirmed that his daughter who schools in England, was already on her way Nigeria but had not been told of her father’s death. His wife could not be reached at press time .
