Kerry Washington might be the “luckiest broad in Hollywood” — but now she’s also the luckiest broad in fashion! Vanity Fair has released its 2013 International Best-Dressed List and the “Scandal” actress has nabbed the #1 spot.

Can’t say we’re surprised — Kerry has definitely been lighting up the red carpet, magazine covers (VF’s August issue was super HOT) and our televisions. In addition, the newlywed star’s stylist, Erin Walsh, was named one of The 25 Most Powerful Stylists.

 

 

The annual list of style standouts also honored the sartorial skills of Beyoncé andLeBron James. And while we completely co-sign with those mentions, we’re left with one question: where’s Michelle Obama?

This marks the second year in a row that the First Lady hasn’t made the list. We’re shocked on several levels since Michelle is such a consistent style star, but as Fashionista.com points out — even a fashion blogger made the list. Oy!
