Blessing Okagbare on Wednesday missed out on qualifying for the women’s 200m final at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Okagbare, clocked 22.69secs in heat one of the semifinals finished fifth behind Holland’s  Dafne Schippers, Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson,  Britain’s Dina Asher-Smith and Germany’s Lisa Mayer.
