Former Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is taking fire on Twitter for supposedly enabling Goodluck Jonathan’s or maybe Diezani’s corruption- it’s not clear which. What is clear is that the announcement of her new appointment with Standard Chartered Bank has some Nigerians infuriated enough to throw vitriol in her direction.

Amazing, really. For someone with an unblemished record on the global stage, you have to wonder if these comments have any merit or are they plain and simple ignorance yawning wide -or perhaps Nigerians hate GEJ so much, everyone who served under him is effectively tarred with the same brush.
