It is an established fact that our leaders do not care about how their activities affect the lives of ‘ordinary Nigerians’. Wherever VIPs are gathered, traffic hell is bound to follow in their wake, especially when the event is held in Lagos. Today was no different, as Asiwaju Tinubu launched his book ‘Financialism’, at the Civic Center with several VIPs in attendance.
If you were not caught up in the resulting gridlock, perhaps the following tweets may give you an idea of what went down.
Asiwaju this is so very uncool. You launched a book and caused this GEJ type traffic. SMH. Vagabonds In Power.

If CivicCentre was owned by anyone else, the event license would have been revoked. Just ask Planet One at Maryland what happened…

So all these people STUCK in traffic are expected to go on and play nice at home etc. This is why there is so much angst in the country.

Today's gridlock is proudly sponsored by the 'Lion of Bourdillon', the 'Jagaban Borgu', the 'father of Modern Lagos'.

When their is any event their is bound to be traffic.
All these idle critics sef!!! Can someone tell me if Tinubu or ÂCN drove any of those cars. Lagos, particularly that part of it is known 4 its traffic snarl. Tinubu has done positive things far more than anyone has ever done in Lagos and any other places. Today's traffic congestion was caused by reckless Lagos drivers and not Tinubu or other VIPs.
