Today’s Noisemakers: Atiku, Nathaniel Bassey + Police NG reportedly ask 11 year old child to forgive her 63 year old rapist

Every day on the Nigerian internet, there are people who keep our eyes glued to our phone screens as we read their rants, opinions, perspectives on political and social matters, etc. Sometimes, they are just downright ridiculous. We make it our job to take down the names of these noisemakers.

Here’s our list from today:

1 @DeNigerian

While everyone was reminiscing fondly on the man M.K.O, this wet blanket thought to put a perverted twist to things:

We are traumatised we even had to put this up.

2. @Biafrandefender

But as minority opinions go, this is one deserves its own hallmark of fame:

You did say something about minding one’s business, right?

3. Otunba Babalola

Of June 12’s catchy jingles

4. Atiku remembers M.K.O

5.Afro VII

So the drama that preceded and followed the signing of Nigeria’s budget was just “tew” much. Apparently, president Buhari had something to do with it.

At all

6. Ahmed Rufai Isah

This rape story makes us furious. What, is Police NG a rape enabler now? See below

Mad people.

Guys, gospel music minister and covener of the Hallelujah Challenge has a public service announcement.

Plus the testimonies have not stopped pouring in.

Wohhhhoooooooo THE WORD YOU SPEAK TURNS THINGS AROUND. This testimony is all the way from Canada. I particularly like it because of the young man who shared it. So happy that He realizes that God is real. PLLEASE REEEEEAAAD! ######God has done something great for me. My girlfriend introduced me to the midnight praise challenge and I participated for the first time on Sunday morning. Now, I've had this case against me in court where I was wrongly accused of assault. A conviction would have left me with a criminal record and subsequently affected my immigration status as I currently reside in Canada. During the praise session you told us that whatever Egyptian (problem) we see today, we shall see them no more. You also asked that we write whatever we want God to do for us on a piece of paper and dance over it. That was on Sundays morning. Today Monday (June 12) is my trial date and just like that, the mighty hand if God worked wonders. I came out victorious as the lady involved changed her statement and I wasn't found guilty nor did I get a criminal record. The Lord is indeed the greatest. Thanks to God for using you to be a blessing to his people. God bless you abundantly.###### ######

THE TURN AROUND EXPERT. #OLOWOGBOGBORO #####Good evening Pastor Nathaniel. I celebrate you sir! Olowogbogboro did it for me! I joined the live #hallelujahpraise on Saturday and I had two praise points(my brother's school fee and my relationship life), of which my brother's fees was of higher priority. During the Saturday praise, God told me He will answer my requests and I took His Word as it came. Yesterday, the devil started planting funny thoughts and I told Him God's Word to his face and then you told us to laugh (I did). We sent my brother his school fees exactly 1month ago ($5000) and he hadn't gotten it. We were all disturbed deeply by it and according to the Bank's statement as at Friday last week the money had been posted but my brother had not gotten it where he is and it has always been my responsibility to send the money. Pressure on every side and it was mounting up. Shortly after you told us to laugh, I slept off. This morning my dad called me again to follow up on the money and I had the ultimatum of today to get the money back or get report that they have gotten the money. Immediately I started worshipping and preparing for work. I completely forgot about the whole matter and at about 4pm today, I got the message that they had gotten the money. I was shocked and almost in tears. Then Olowogbogboro said 'I told you'. I had a 24hr ultimatum, He did it in 10hrs! Whoop! Whoop! He made me forget it while He worked on it! God bless you Pastor Nathaniel for being a vessel in raising up 'THE ARMY'. I celebrate God in you sir!#####
