Every day, there are people who keep our eyes glued to our phone screens as we read their rants, opinions, perspectives on political and social matters, etc. Sometimes, they are even just downright ridiculous. We make it our job to take down the names of these noisemakers.
Here’s our list from today:
1 Donald Trump
The president of the United States of America is mourning the loss of his healthcare bill on his favourite street in the world.
After seven years of "talking" Repeal & Replace, the people of our great country are still being forced to live with imploding ObamaCare!

2. Perry Brimah
While one president is nursing his wounds unsuccessfully, Dr Peregrino Brimah has a question about our president:
God has kept @MBuhari away form Nigeria so that we will get sense. Have we gotten sense?

3. Kayode Ogundamisi
Seeing as the talk around the country for some time now has been about secession (we even have an Oct 1 ultimatum in view), Kayode Ogundamisi put out a poll on Twitter to find out where Yoruba loyalties lie.
Asked Yoruba folks on @Twitter during #TweetInYorubaDay #TweetinYoruba to chose between Nigeria and Oduduwa Republic. Interesting result ??? pic.twitter.com/Pgur0OwNBQ

4. Chydee
Rape has been the conversation on Twitter today and the men have something to say to their kinfolk.
All these happened in the last 48 hours. My fellow men, we need to collectively do better. We need to look around us and fight rape culture. pic.twitter.com/ZlugHND91g

5 Folu Shaw adds his two cents
Rape Culture has always existed in Nigeria.
It had even become normal.
But thank God for Social Media.
You will pay attention by force.

Across the Atlantic, African Americans are grappling with a different kind of monster.
People foam at the mouth in anger over the phrase "Black lives matter" but can scream "Save the bees" w/o thinking "all animals matter" pic.twitter.com/5TlNcAj0OZ

Random thoughts about writing samples:
Some advice. If you want literary writing work, please don't send stuff published by Tech Cabal or Pulse as sample of writing. Just don't.
