World Cup qualifier: Rohr names 23-man squad against Zambia

Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr has named 23 players for the World Cup qualifier against Zambia at the Levy Nwanawasa Stadium in Ndola in October.

Watford Striker, Odion Ighalo, however did not make the list as he has been permitted to attend his father burial on October 8- a day before the match.

Kenneth Omeruo, John Mikel Obi, William Ekong and Nosa Igiebor are some of the notable players in the 23-man squad.
