President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Alhaji Mohammed Kari as the Commissioner for Insurance and Chief Executive of the National Insurance Commission.
Alhaji Kari, who was appointed on Friday, July 31, will replace Fola Daniel.
The development was communicated in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
According to Adesina, the appointment, which is for a term of four years, takes effect immediately.
