The marriage of Fatima, second daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari brought tight security to the ancient city of Daura in Katsina state.

Security operatives were seen in and around the residence of the president on Mai’adua road in Daura town.

An Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) was stationed at the junction linking to the residence of the president.

The venue of the wedding, Low Cost Jumu’at Mosque, also witnessed heavy presence of joint security personnel, who surrounded it.

However, worshipers, who trooped to Mosque, had unhindered access to observe their religious obligation.

Fatima, is getting married to her heartthrob, Malam Gimba Yau Kumo.

She will become the fourth wife of Gimba, who is a former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
