The Police in Abuja on Thursday teargassed some members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) popularly called Shiites for demanding the release of their leader Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.
The protest by the Shiites is coming a day after a panel set up by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) accused the group of violating the rights of the Chief of Army Satff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai during the Shiites/Army clash of December 2015.
