A suicide bomber has been arrested in Yankari motor park in Bauchi.
The suspected bomber, was nabbed while trying to gain entrance into the park.
A security source revealed to TheCable, that the man was trying to enter into the park, when the explosives on him were detected by metal detectors at the entrance.
The source was quoted to have said: “The man came very early in the morning, around 6am, and was trying to enter. But he was unable to achieve his aim.
“Security at the gate detected the bomb, and they caught him. Most of the parks now have metal detectors since Boko Haram has been targeting crowds of people that can usually be found at parks.”
