Getting an ideal job is lesser about the profession and more about the satisfaction it gives to the employee. A job that helps an employee evolve as a person and get better at is what every employee seeks.

1. Fair treatment:

Favouritism is a common occurrence at work places these days which is why a lot of employees hate their workplaces. Every employee wants to be treated equally. There is absolutely no passion left for work in an employee the moment he realizes that the boss has a bias towards certain people.

2. Seeing the undeserving get fired:

While the typical Indian employee works very hard to reach a certain position, there are some not-so-deserving ones who are always favoured by either luck or big bucks. It is very vital for an employee to know that his work place respects hard work. When an employee sees an undeserving colleague get fired, it not only instills trust for the boss, it also gives him a timely warning for things he is not supposed to do.

3. Stress-free lifestyle:

Going by how many offices function these days, being in a stress-free environment has become every employee’s ultimate dream. Most employees feel that they are able to hone their productivity, talent and creativity the best in a calm and composed environment. The quality of life employees look for scores much above the salary hike.

4. Feeling proud:

Every man wants to do something he loves or love what he does. Getting an ideal job is lesser about the profession and more about the satisfaction it gives to the employee. A job that helps an employee evolve as a person and get better at is what every employee seeks.

5. Competition:

It is the best way to stay motivated and push oneself forward. To a certain extent, employees demand a good amount of challenge in their jobs. It is in the very nature of a man to try to do the unthinkable and win over the unbeatable.

6. Personal life:

While career is very consequential in governing a man’s life, office is not the place a man imagines to spend his whole life in and around. Personal space and a self chosen lifestyle ranks very high, probably even on the top for most men.
