Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has signed the 2017 budget.
The Presidency had earlier announced that President Muhammadu Buhari has directed Osinbajo to sign the budget.
According to the Presidency in a series of tweets, Osinbajo signed the budget at 4:40 pm.
It wrote, “The 2017 Budget is christened the Budget of Economic Recovery and Growth.” #Budget2017

“I just signed 2017 Budget into law. It’s an important milestone in our economic recovery & growth plan laid in April by President Buhari,” Osinbajo also confirmed on Twitter.
