When President Buhari presented the 2016 budget to the 8th Senate, it was lauded by the All Progressives Congress as a great leap in the journey of change.
However, inside details of the budget had not at that time found its way out for public scrutiny.
On Tuesday, December 30, the public got wind of some of the breakdown of the budget -essentially what the country would be expending billions and trillions on- and there’s been an explosion of reactions on social media.
And most of them were not pleasant.
