President Muhammadu Buhari, held a private meeting with former Military Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, on Thursday.
The sit-down between both leaders was held at the President’s office, in the presidential villa.
Vanguard reports that Abubakar arrived for the meeting at about 3:30, and it lasted for about 30 minutes.
After the meeting, Abubakar failed to talk to reporters, while also describing the conversation between himself and Buhari, as a private matter.
