Indigenous singer Aboore Akande popularly known as 9ice has reacted to claims that rapper Falz indirectly condemned his song ‘Living Things’ for promoting immorality and fraudsters.
In an interview with Hip TV, Falz had stated some musicians were using their songs to promote internet fraud popularly known as ‘Yahoo Yahoo’, while stating a line in 9ice’s song.
The statement had generated a lot of buzz and was the topic of discourse on Friday.
But in an interview with Naijaloaded TV, 9ice said those he praised in his song were merely “socialites”.
He added that Falz should report to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission if he can prove the people he hailed are fraudsters.
