Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has yet again failed to show up at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
On Monday, the tribunal resumed hearing of the 13-count charge bordering on alleged corruption and false declaration of assets, levelled against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau.
Saraki had also refused to attend the initial hearing on Frday, September 18.
Consequently, the court had instructed the Inspector General of Police to arrest Saraki, after issuing a bench warrant.
However, as at Saturday, the Police Force stated that it had not yet received the warrant.
