Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun appointment as the new Justice of the Supreme Court was approved on Friday by President Goodluck Jonathan.
In a statement released in Abuja Friday by the Acting Director of Information, National Judicial Council (NJC), Soji Oye, the appointment was sequel to the recommendation of the NJC and the confirmation by the Senate on June 26.
According to reports, Kekere-Ekun is to be sworn in on Monday, July 8 by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Aloma Muktar at the Supreme Court.
