The Media Blog: Complete Fashion has finally gone online, in a meaningful way

More on this later, but of course you know that since Franca Asindi left Complete Fashion (those long, long three years ago) it has been in the wilderness.

Not that Onah Nwachukwu has not been doing her very best, but the poor girl is fighting the headwinds. There was just something Franca brought that you can’t buy in the market.

In addition to the fact that its shoots completely lost their jazz, the magazine has become irregular, and then their publisher went to head the oil minister under Muhammadu Buhari.

To ensure survival they have finally decided to do something they should have done from the start, seize the online audience. To be sure they’ve had an online platform, but it didn’t really have a clear value proposition

Well, better late than never, right? And they have a smart strategy: taking what makes them special (magazine covers) and taking it to a new space.
