This is a full-page, coloured ad in a daily newspaper in Nigeria. Someone really paid for this???

Let’s provide a little bit of context.

1. The story is that an ad placement like this costs NGN 614, 000.
2. This Newspaper certainly has at least one editor who must have approved this
3. Why????

Why did anybody think that this should be here?

Can anyone explain this?
