Nigeria’s Esther Oyema has gotten the third medal for the country at the ongoing 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio on Saturday.

Oyema won silver in the women’s  -55 kg powerlifting event finishing behind Mexican, Amalia Perez and Chinese, Xiao Cuijan.

She failed in her first attempt at 127kg, but lifted it in her second attempt. Her third attempt at 130kg was not successful either, earning a silver medal.
