The leadership problem of the PDP have become further complicated with the lawsuit filed by the self-imposed National of the party, Alhaji Ahmed Gulak.
Gulak is asking the court to stop the PDP from conducting its scheduled meeting, including that of the NEC.
The lawsuit, which was filed by Gulak’s lawyer, J.S Okutepa (SAN), before a court of appeal, is asking for an injunction order stopping the party from allowing anybody to preside over a meeting as the national chairman of the party.
The suit is also seeking for the court to determine if the continuous parade of Uche Secondus as the Acting National chairman of the party is not a contempt of court order.
