Star of the number one movie at the Box Office this week is no fan of the Kardashians. Jeremy Renner, who plays central character Aaron Cross in the latest instalment in the Bourne movie franchise, The Bourne Legacy has stated that he thinks the reality tv stars are “stupid” and have “zero talent”.

In an interview with UK paper The Guardian, Renner expressed his lack of desire for fame, saying “I know it’s a cliche but I never wanted to be famous. I don’t believe anybody wants to be famous.” When asked about the Kardashians, he rolled his eyes before saying “Oh, all those ridiculous people with zero talent who spend their lives making sure everyone knows their name.

“Those stupid, stupid people.” he added. Ouch.

Renner is only the latest actor to bash the family. Earlier this year James Bond actor Daniel Craig called them “f**king idiots” in an interview with GQ magazine, a term used by Mad Men star Jon Hamm to describe Kim Kardashian as well. “Whether it’s Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated,” he told Elle UK. “Being a f**king idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you’re rewarded significantly.”
