The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara inaugurated a committee on Monday to conduct a Needs Assessment of the House of Reps/NASS. The committee is an independent one comprising civil society, professional bodies and others. Dogara charged the committee to make a comparative study of running legislatures in other relevant jurisdictions.
