Donald Trump effectively marred 4th of July, America’s Independence Day on Twitter by this early morning tweet. To be fair, he was simply trying to understand the workings of Kim Jong Un’s brain and so, in keeping with presidential tradition, he posed a question to Twitter. Here it is.
