Undergraduates of the University of Calabar are currently staging a protest in the school campus.

The students are protesting the deplorable state of basic amenities in the school’s hostels.

Their complaints range from lack of water and power as well as unusable toilets for the females.

The students, who are chanting the name of the new Vice Chancellor, have blocked all entry and exit access to the school.
