Abigail Marie Simon, 33, was arrested for having sex with a 15-year-old student after his mother found pictures of the Catholic school tutor wearing a garter belt in the teen’s phone.

A Michigan Catholic school tutor was collared for having sex with a 15-year-old student — after the boy’s mother found pictures of the woman wearing a garter belt stored in her son’s phone, prosecutors said.

Abigail Marie Simon, 33, is accused of having a sexual relationship with the boy that included trysts in her former apartment between Feb. 1 and April 26, according to the Grand Rapids Press.

Simon, who now lives with her parents in Grand Blanc, was ordered held in lieu of $25,000 bail on Friday, after she pleaded not guilty to charges that include criminal sexual conduct and accosting a minor for immoral purposes.

The mother reported Simon after she found a string of selacious text messages between her son and the tutor, the paper reported. The teen’s mom also found lewd photos of Simon wearing a garter belt.

The judge ordered Simon not to contact the victim in any way, and cannot be within four blocks of the boy.

She is scheduled to appear back in court on Aug. 23.
