Despite the announcement by Lagos state government that voters should go for their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC), some areas of the state have so far, not started disbursing the cards.
The state government declared Friday as a work free day, to enable residents obtain their card, but apparently, in the Magodo and Kosofe areas, no activity has been observed.
While some intending voters called into various radio programmes to complain, others took to micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to vent over the inactivity of the officials of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
