Starting the protest on August 1, the day of the long-awaited #EndBadGovernanceInNigera protest, Nigerians complained about their network being slow and inactive.
Lamenting on the internet, the people have wondered why their networks have been haywire, especially on the day of the protest.
According to reports, telecommunication providers have revealed that the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) and the National Security Adviser (NSA) are behind the sluggishness of the networks.

The NCC and NSA have been tampering with the network coverage in Nigeria all day in their bid to suppress the flow of information for all protesters in and out of the country.
Reports from a telecom provider state that isolating the protesters would, in time, strip them of global support and make it easier for the government to control the chaos within the country without many eyes and ears reporting externally.
The people have trooped out en masse to declare their dislike of the recent times in the country as they put their trust in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration, having suffered eight years of hardship under Buhari’s leadership.
However, in only a year, things in Nigeria have only gotten worse than in Buhari’s era, forcing the people to speak up with the #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest.
The people are protesting for a right to live as they believe that their hardships are tailored only for them—the common people—while the government officials live lavish lives while they suffer.
All across Nigeria, there have been reports of Nigerians coming out in large numbers as they cry for a change in the country; they seek an end to hunger, high cost of living and governance through the #EndHunger #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria #EndBadGovernment nationwide protest.
