In the month of May, we profiled more than eight Twitter personalities who let us into their individual experiences on the social networking site. That list includes @OfficialKaphone, @WaleGafar, @PlaybackGenius, @DrewBaba, @tayo_alayo, @Jamilah11, @nyoreonline, @Shakar_EL and @Cyrus_thaVirus. They then took their turns in campaigning for our votes and for the past few weeks, they all been locked in a battle to become the second YNaija Twitter Personality.
YNaija is delighted to announce that after 2,177 unique votes on the poll, the winner is ……… *drum roll*…… @tayo_alayo. The runner-up is @DrewBaba who got 779 votes while @WaleGafar ended up in third with 286 votes. Here is how the top five finished:
