Stakeholders on Saturday said the gridlock in Lagos was not in anyway caused by the ongoing reconstruction of the Apapa Wharf road.
According to a statement issued on Saturday, stakeholders including representatives of Dangote Group, Federal Ministry of Works, Chairman of the Apapa Local Government, shippers council among others met to review the situation.
One of the resolutions was that the reconstruction was “not in any way responsible for current traffic situation in Apapa and other parts of Lagos.”
