The scandal that hit the House of Representatives when ousted Chairman of the Appropriation Committee, Abdulmumin Jibrin blew open a ring of alleged ‘budget padders’ involving the Speaker as well as 3 other principal officers of the House is certainly far from over.
The whistle-blower, Jibrin wrote a letter to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, John Odigie-Oyegun reporting the alleged atrocities of the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, his deputy, Yusuf Lasun, the Chief Whip; Ado Doguwa as well as the Minority leader, Leo Ogor even though he is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
While it is not yet understood why Jibrin decided to share the contents of the letter with the general public, he did make some pretty serious allegations against the principal officers of the House in his epistle.
He made the contents of the letter known on his Twitter page and these are the sins he accused Dogara and Co. of.
