The case between Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has been adjourned indefinitely by the Appeal Court, in Abuja.
The registrar of the court had announced the decision on Monday, but failed to state the reason behind the indefinite adjournment.
Saraki had urged the Appeal Court to halt his trial at the CCT over alleged false declaration of assets, citing the lack of jurisdiction of the tribunal.
