Following the shortage of water supply of the past couple of weeks, the Lagos state government has announced that water is now being supplied.
Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Steve Ayorinde, released a statement to this effect on Friday, November 20.
“The government sincerely appreciates the patience and understanding displayed by the general public as our unrelenting efforts are geared towards ensuring quality, improvement and safety of water supply for the benefit of the residents of Lagos State.”
“We sincerely regret the disruption and assure the general public of safe and regular potable water supply.”
