Away from the controversies surrounding him, the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El Rufai has attained a landmark achievement.
Today, El Rufai commissioned the Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement Agency following the dissolution of the Directorate of Road Traffic Services in the state.
Not less than 2,500 new jobs have been created from the new agency that would enforce traffic and environmental laws in the state.
And he took it one step further.
