Get To Know Tomi Ojo: A Gen Z Model, and Actress

If you are conversant with the Nigerian movie industry, then you have seen the face of Tomi Ojo on your television screen. 

Tomi Ojo, born on January 1st, 2000 is a 25 year old model and actress with several movies under her filmography and a large social media presence, with over a hundred thousand followers on her Instagram. 

Tomi has been modeling since she was a teenager and her first appearance as an actress was in 2018, in a nollywood YouTube movie by comedian Bovi, titled “Back To School” and her breakout role as the character Ralia in Netflix’s short series “Far from Home”

Tomi was also in the Star studded movie by Mercy Aigbe, Ada Omo Daddy and has worked alongside other big names like Funke Akindele, Sola Sobowale, Yvonne Jegede, Adesua Etomi, amongst others. 

Tomi is also a graduate of Babcock University and has featured in music videos, one of her most popular videos being her role in Johnny Drille’s “Believe Me” music videos. 

While Tomi has not spent a decade in the industry yet, she is already on a path to creating a space for herself in the Nigerian industry and she can only become even more talented.
