Twitter is one place that has created a community for users of like-interest to meet and talk about the things they all share in common. Popular Nigerian singer, Lil Kesh, is currently trending and while a few things come to mind about this trend, the singer has been quite inert for a while now.
Lil Kesh won the hearts of many Nigerians with hits song like ‘Shoki’ which also bagged a dance move that is still a big deal in Nigerian mainstream music today.
However, it appeared that not too many people are talking about him anymore because he hasn’t delivered any hit in a while.
Naira Marley is yet to come close to Lil Kesh when it comes to hit…

If D'banj had signed Olamide back in 2013, maybe we wouldn't have heard Lil Kesh, AG, Chinko, Davolee, Fireboy etc. Also, maybe that would have been the beginning of d African YMCMB(D'banj as Birdman, Olamide as Wayne) pic.twitter.com/asU5X4hGcY

And of course, there is no mentioning Lil Kesh without calling Olamide, as some users expressed how he transformed the rapper into a star. However, some people were of the opinion that Lil Kesh isn’t star enough, as they shared that if he were star material, then his shine shouldn’t have been quenched so quickly.
