Judging from the hilarious photo, it is clear to see that the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has serious issues to contend with when it comes to residents of Lagos state carrying out instructions concerning waste disposal.

We can’t stop wondering that despite the large sign that read ‘No Dumping of Waste’, bags and more bags of waste are being dumped at that exact spot.
