George Zimmerman’s finances seem to be on a steady decline. As previously reported, Zimmerman, his wife, and his lead attorney, Max O’Mara, faced a $27,000 lawsuit from Associated Investigative Services (AIS) for failing to cough up a whopping $27,000 for protection services.
Meanwhile, Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara has filed a motion requesting details of the Twin Lakes homeowners association settlement that was reached between Trayvon Martin’s parents. Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fultonsettled a wrongful death claim for an amount believed to be more than $1 million against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where their teenage son was shot and killed by George Zimmerman on February 26, 2012. Under the terms of the settlement, Trayvon’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, and his estate, agreed to set aside their wrongful death claim and claims for pain and suffering, loss of earnings and expenses. Martin and Fulton’s attorney, Benjamin Crump has made it clear that Zimmerman was not part of this settlement and that he intends to file suit later against him.
