Little Janae Hornsby’s entire family was looking for her after the terrible tornado that hit Okahoma this week. Her grandmother and father spoke to local media, informing them that they were desperately looking for their child and unable to find her in the rubble.
The family received grim news this morning, when the medical examiner’s office informed them that the girl’s body had been found. They are waiting for the body to be released so they can start making funeral arrangements.
Janae’s father loved his daughter as much as any father would. He said that she was fully of energy and one of the most lovable children you’d ever want to meet. She always had a smile, and brightened up the rooms she walked into.
When the storm her, Janae’s father rushed to be with his daughter after finding out that she was right in the path of the devastation. But traffic kept him from getting to his little girl on time. He was just a few blocks away from her school, and his own home was severely damaged.
This one is going to require lots of prayer.
