Youth unemployment is a major concern in Nigeria – indeed the world, and the few people who manage to start entrepreneurial ventures or secure employment are often times not competent enough to succeed in their chosen path.
As a result of this, significant wealth and development is lost.
The promise of conventional education has not been delivered, and young people bear the final grunt in terms of work readiness and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
This is the gap TFESS seeks to fill through its programs and activities.
As a series of seminars, workshops, and conferences, the aim of TFESS is to empower the next generation towards building high-potential, sustainable ventures that would define the future of the African continent.
This edition of TFESS holds in Abuja and themed “Entrepreneurship Sustainability: Start up to Stay In”. This training will help participants understand the process of starting a venture, continue to embrace its success, and learn from the challenges.
The 2 day program will hold master classes in -Fundraising and Financing Essentials, Hire Fire: Managing and Developing a Dream Team, Making the Sale and Breaking the Market, Social Media for Business Development and Expansion, Sustainable Planning for the Future, Taxation and Legal Matters.
Some of our facilitators include Janet Adetu, Angel Adelaja, Japhet Omojuwa, Hazan Rilwan, Jake Okechukwu
