Many persons were feared dead when a bomb blast rocked Muna garage in Maiduguri, the Borno capital, Daily Trust reports.

According to an eye witness at least 10 corpses were seen at the scene of the explosion.

However, a source in the Maiduguri Specialist Hospital said at least 18 bodies have been deposited in the hospital morgue.

The incident has been confirmed by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), who has sent emergency workers to the scene.
